Solving a TV Unit Clearance Issue with a forgelab3D Sonos Arc Riser Stand

The problem

One of the most common issues we see with modern TV units is uneven internal layouts. While they may look symmetrical from the outside, the internal structure often includes raised panels, lips, or cable channels that make it difficult to place a soundbar centrally.

In this case, the customer had a Sonos Arc positioned inside a wooden entertainment unit where one side of the base was raised. This meant the soundbar could not sit level or centred without modification. Wall mounting wasn’t an option, and generic “universal” risers either didn’t fit the footprint or raised the soundbar too much.

The result was a setup that felt compromised — visually off-centre and not aligned with the TV above.

 

The requirement

• Compensate for the uneven base height inside the TV unit

The solution
