Thank you for purchasing from forgelab3D. Each product is designed and manufactured to order. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in good, resaleable condition.
- The item must not be modified, damaged, or marked.
- All original parts must be included.
If a returned item is not in resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a reasonable amount to cover loss in value.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us before returning any item. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Original outbound shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- CUSTOM orders are non-refundable.
Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Where appropriate, we will replace the item or provide a full refund, including reasonable shipping costs.
Made-to-Order Items
All products are manufactured to order based on the model selected. Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility before purchase.
If you are unsure about fit, please contact us before ordering and we will confirm the correct option for your setup.
Non-Returnable Situations
We may refuse returns where:
- The item has been modified or altered.
- Custom-made or bespoke orders.
- The item shows excessive wear beyond normal inspection.
- The return is requested outside the 30-day period.
Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
